Two way entry wooden pallets can be designed around the product, load path, handling method and delivery environment rather than using a one-size-fits-all specification.
Matching the pallet to manufacturing
When pallets are used for manufacturing, the important starting point is the actual product and how it will be moved. Fork position, load concentration, pallet footprint, runner direction and deck-board spacing can all influence the design.
We can work from an existing specification, drawing or sample. Where the pallet will travel internationally as regulated solid wood packaging, ISPM15 heat treatment can be incorporated into the requirement.
What to send with your enquiry
Provide the pallet dimensions, expected load, quantity, whether the requirement repeats, treatment requirement and delivery postcode. Photos or drawings are particularly useful where the pallet is designed around a specific machine, product or pack format.
Repeat manufacture and planned supply
For regular users, agreed drawings and product codes can make repeat ordering much clearer. This helps keep the manufacturing specification consistent when the same pallet is required throughout the year.
