Manufacturing control
With timber processing, pallet manufacture and heat treatment managed within the group, we can coordinate material specification, production and treatment rather than relying on a fragmented supply chain.
Dependable UK manufacture of heat treated wooden pallets for businesses that need export-ready packaging, consistent quality and reliable delivery.
We manufacture wooden pallets for companies moving goods through UK and international supply chains, with heat treatment available to the ISPM15 standard for regulated solid wood packaging.
With timber processing, pallet manufacture and heat treatment managed within the group, we can coordinate material specification, production and treatment rather than relying on a fragmented supply chain.
For conventional heat treatment, ISPM15 requires the wood to reach at least 56°C for 30 continuous minutes throughout the wood profile. Compliant packaging is then marked with the recognised IPPC mark and treatment code.
Our transport capability supports scheduled pallet deliveries to manufacturing, warehousing and export customers throughout the UK.

Our compliant heat-treated production carries the recognised IPPC mark together with the GB FC 107 reference and HT treatment code, giving pallet users a clear visual indication of the treatment and marking applied to the wood packaging.
Solid wood packaging can carry pests between countries. ISPM15 is the international phytosanitary standard used to reduce that risk for wood packaging such as pallets, crates, pallet collars and dunnage.
For movements involving Great Britain, current government guidance requires ISPM15-compliant wood packaging for many import and export routes. The exact requirements can depend on origin, destination and the nature of the movement, so exporters should check the latest rules before shipping.
An ISPM15 mark is evidence that the wood packaging has been treated and marked in accordance with the standard. It does not replace every other customs, freight or destination-country requirement.
Explore heat treated pallet supply pages for manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, engineering and logistics locations across the UK. These are delivery areas rather than claims of a separate depot in every town.
Send us your pallet size, quantity, load requirements, treatment requirement and delivery postcode. We can then assess the most appropriate manufacturing and supply option.
Email JeffISPM15 is the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15. It sets approved phytosanitary treatments and marking requirements for regulated wood packaging material used in international trade.
For conventional steam or dry-kiln heat treatment, the standard requires a minimum of 56°C for at least 30 continuous minutes throughout the entire profile of the wood, including the core.
For compliant wood packaging, the recognised ISPM15 mark is the primary evidence of treatment. UK government guidance states that a separate treatment or phytosanitary certificate is not required simply to replace that mark for wood packaging material.
